Is Select2Connect free to use for customers?

Yes, completely free. There's no charge to compare prices, read reviews, or browse suppliers. You only pay the price quoted by the supplier when you book.

How does pricing work?

Suppliers set their own prices on Select2Connect. When you enter your postcode and choose a service, you'll see real prices from verified local suppliers. The price you see is the price you pay — there are no hidden fees.

Are the suppliers verified?

Yes. Every supplier on Select2Connect goes through a verification process. We check waste carrier licences, public liability insurance, and trading history.

How do payments work?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Payment is held securely until the service is confirmed as delivered.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

You can cancel through your account. Full refunds for cancellations 48+ hours before, 75% for 24-48 hours, case-by-case for same-day.
